• All changes made are only reversible via re-requesting the change, resulting in another charge to the account. IENT is under no obligation to reverse any changes requested under any circumstances.
  
  
• Should you want to change the sitaution you will need to request the service again, and the amount due will be charged to your account.
  
  
• Any charges made are non-refundable. IENT is under no obligation to reverse any charges for requested services under any circumstances.
  
  
• All changes will be done during the next avaliable scheduled server reset.
  
  
• If your request did not get completed, email Game Master ( subject "Helbreath USA: Failed Request"). Give specific details as to what it is you requested, when you made the request, which account(s) and specific character(s).
  
  
• IENT does not support trading in game characters for items, should something go wrong IENT will be unable to assist you.
  
  
• Inapproperiate name requests will not be processed, and simply cancelled.
  
  
• Character transfers will not remove the character from guild. They will remain in guild, if they were in one.
  
  
• In order to transfer a character from one account to another, there must be space on the receiving account prior to requesting the move.
  
  
• City moves require the character to be out of a guild.
  
  
• Characters requesting a City move will only be completed if the character is above level 100.
  
  
• Should payment fail, the account will be locked down until all previous funds are paid in full.
  
  
• IENT is not responsible for any overdraft fees or sitautions resulting from customers using cards with insufficient balances to cover the cost. It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure funds are avaliable.
  
  
• IENT is not responsible for any charges made by your friends if they have your account information. Any changes completed, will be charged to your account.
