Some of the terms in the cash shop might be a little confusing so we've put together this page to help explain a few things.
What is Bishop Armor?
This armor is bound to the character and can not be repaired, once the endurance reaches 0 you are unable to use the item(s) any more. The endurance can not be refilled by iEntertainment, if you want to use the items again you can buy another pack.
I have to many Bishop hose and not enough Bishop hauberks!
We are looking in to adding the Bishop items as singular items. However, they are currently not available at this time.
Buying skills from the cash shop
In order for the skills to be placed on your character, you must have the required skill level (and character level). Other wise the order can not be completed. Each skill stat is posted under the skill.
What is the Portal Ring?
These are rings that give a boost to your hit point regen. They last for the length of the month and are bound to the character that they are bought for. Once the month is over, the rings will disappear during the next scheduled reset. Buying these rings at the beginning of the month is the best way to get the most out of these rings! Rings will be removed on the resets marked out on the calendar with Renew.
Buying slates from the cash shop
While we offer the ability of buying slates via the cash shop, we are unable to refund or replace them if you disconnect, are EKed or PKed or use one in an area or during a time when you're not allowed to. (Game Master hosted events included).
Buying stones from the cash shop
We have not increased or decreased the change to craft or upgrade an item with any stones in game. Each stone has the same chance of upgrading or crafting, regardless of whether you found it in game or bought it from the cash shop.
Am I allowed to trade the items I've bought from the cash shop?
As long as it's not the bound armor or weapons you may buy items from the cash shop and trade them to other players in game.
I want to sell my own items, since iEnt sells them that means that I can!
Sorry, no it doesn't. IEntertainment own all the items in game. Selling any items or trading Helbreath items for items within another game is cheating. Any one found guilty of this will have their accounts locked and or a reduction of 5% EXP along with an item wipe.
