If you are experiencing lag, sometimes it'll be from the server other times it'll be from the client. In order to help with diagnosing the problem perform a trace route. To do this you can simply download the reporting program specially written to provide us with the information required!

You will need the .Net framework 2.0 to do that (get it here: 32-bit / 64-bit). Most people already have it, but the program will notify you if you don't, so then you'll have to get it.

You'll be able to preview the report before it's sent so you know we're not getting anything personally-identifying or anything of that sort.
