This is possibly because your video card is more powerful than the Helbreath client can handle. One way to reduce lag in game is to try the following.
With Helbreath closed:
1. Right click on the desktop and select properties.

2. Select the Settings tab.
3. Click on the Advanced button.

4. Select the Troubleshoot tab.
5. Lower the Hardware acceleration bar. Sometimes lowering the bar can make the game seem 'choppy' when you run in game. We recommend using the 2nd bar (shown below). This will also make you run faster in game.

6. Select Apply (Some video cards will show a popup. Please read through this and take the information on board). "OK" out of the remaining windows.

There, you're done! Remember, windows does save this for you. To run newer games you might have to increase the bar to where your PC had it to begin with by following the same steps and moving the bar back to the right. |
