 15. I filled out the form to complete a service (name changes character transfer etc) and it didn't go through
Be aware that you wont get an e-mail confirming that it's been sent through. If you want confirmation please e-mail Game Master providing the details, and we can let you know. Changes happen during the next scheduled reset.
Please be aware that manual transfers can take approx 3 weeks to complete. ALL changes (including name changes) are much faster done via the site.
This is only to be completed if the web forms fail.
Manual transfers take longer to complete! Do not complete this unless you've tried the web forms first.
Note: For this process to be completed successfully, both parties need to agree to the transfer. This is completed by both account holders.
Transfers are only possible to be done to subscribed accounts. This means that characters can not be transferred to (or from) accounts that are currently in the 2 week free trial period or are unsubscribed. If you want to transfer to a new account after creating it, sign in to account maintenance and manually subscribe it.
If you pay by PayPal, please send $19.95 in advance so that your account is in credit prior to the reset, see here for prepay information. Credit Card users will be charged automatically.
Transfers occur during the scheduled resets (Mondays & Thursdays 7pm EST) If your transfer doesn't happen once the server is back online please email Game Master.
IENT DO NOT SUPPORT THE TRANSFER OF ITEMS FOR CHARACTERS. DOING SO IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. SOME GAME MASTERS WILL HOLD ON TO THE ITEMS FOR YOU FOR SECURITY UNTIL THE TRANSFER IS DONE, WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO THIS AS WE WILL BE UNABLE TO ASSIST YOU IF THE TRADE DOESN'T GO THROUGH.
