• I've downloaded the game but it says I'm missing DLL files?

  
  

  Some times players experience a DLL missing error. Please download the dll files. Then double click the file and follow the install instructions.

  
  

• My account is blocked, I didn't do anything!

  
  

  If you haven’t received an email from Helbreath USA notifying you about your account, try to log in to the account maintenance site https://secure.ient.com and resubscribe your account.

  If you’re still having problems please go to our HelSupport system and create a ticket there.

  
  

• I've forgotten my login / password!

  
  

  After you have tried the recovery system, if you’re still having problems please go to our HelSupport system and create a ticket there.

  
  

• I'm having trouble signing up a new account, what can I do?

  
  

  We’ve had reports of the e-mail going missing within the junk mail folder, or being caught within spam filters.

  If you could please look inside your junk mail folder(s) and see if you can see the e-mail from ”Helbreath/iEntertainment Network”, subject “Helbreath Registration Link!”. Sometimes this requires turning off spam filters and trying again.

  Make sure you’ve entered in valid information “123 qwerty drive” for example doesn’t exist. Entering in false information has often interfered with creating new accounts.

  Should you still not find the e-mail, go to our HelSupport system and let us know there!

  Helbreath USA is a classic 2D RPG game that allows players to participate in massive scale battles, wield mighty weapons and cast powerful spells. You have the choice between two cities, many different character looks including hair styles and colors, numerous weapons and armors that you can customize.

  There are legions of monsters for you to battle against and conquer. Full screen playing area with easy to master menu system.You are able to create and join a guild to work together and slaughter your foes while battling it out on the battle field. A built in chat system that allows you to talk to those around you, your guild, people in your party as well as people within your map.

  
  

• I have a character on another server, can I transfer it here?

  
  

  No you cannot transfer your character from another server. You can only transfer a character from another account within our server.

  Helbreath USA is separate from other Helbreath servers and therefore there is no method to transfer a character.
