1. What is the cost of Helbreath™ USA ?
Helbreath™ USA is Pay-to-Play (P2P) online game. Our monthly rate of $9.95 USD with TWO WEEKS FREE when you sign-up.

2. Can I transfer my character from other Helbreath servers worldwide?
No you cannot transfer your character. Helbreath™ USA is separate from other Helbreath servers and therefore there is no method to transfer a character.

3. Can I play even though I am located outside the US?
Absolutely!

5. How do I sign up for an account?
Download the Helbreath client, then while waiting for the game to download click here. There is also a "new account" button in the interface of the game when it loads.

When signing up an account
do NOT use the same login and password
as you do in other games and online services.
(This includes other Helbreath servers)
This could lead to your account being at risk.

TIP: We recommend that you do not make your account name, the same name as your main character. When creating an account name we suggest that you use something unique that wouldn't be easily guessed.

TIP: The more difficult your password is to remember, the less likely some one is to guess it. We recommend using 1 capital letter, 1 number and asci character EG: PaS$w0rd, n0Gu3SS, fL0We^s etc.

If you currently share the same login and password, simply change your password by logging in to the Account Maintenance site!

6. If someone asks for my account info or especially my password, should I give it to them?
No, absolutely not. No one associated with Siementech or iEN will ever ask for your password except on this website for login purposes. Any one who needs your password for any reason, has access to them and will NEVER ask for it.

7. If I don't have a credit card can I still play?
Yes. However, you do need a credit card to sign up via the automatic site. If you don't have a credit card you can email us the information. Copy and paste the information below in to an e-mail.

8. I experience Lag when playing on Windows XP. Anything I can do ?
Yes there is. Some players have found that the following steps have helped to reduce the lag.

Please note: Any other editing could result in your account being banned for cheating.

  • Navigate to the HelGame.exe (Default installation directory is C:\Program Files\Helbreath Apocalypse)
  • Right click the helgame.exe and click Properties.

  • Click Compatibility

  • Check the box that says "Disable visual themes"

  • Check the box that says "Run this program in compatibility mode for" and select Windows 98 / Windows ME from the drop down list.

  • Click Apply.

  • Click Ok.

  • Start Helbreath as normal.

    If you continue to have lag issues, please consult your ISP or local PC technician.

9. I've got a screenshot that I'd like to put on the site, can I?
Totally! If you have a screenshot you want us to put on the site e-mail us. Please limit your e-mail to no more than 3 screenshots per e-mail.

10. I'm having trouble signing up a new account, what can I do?
We’ve had reports of the e-mail going missing within the junk mail folder, or being caught within spam filters.

If you could please look inside your junk mail folder(s) and see if you can see the e-mail from ”Helbreath/iEntertainment Network”, subject “Helbreath Registration Link!”. Sometimes this requires turning off spam filters and trying again.

Make sure you've entered in valid information "123 qwerty drive" for example doesn't exist. Entering in false information has often interfered with creating new accounts.

Should you still not find the e-mail, see FAQ number 7.

Please forward any further questions you have to Game Master.

11. I've forgotten my password
Send an e-mail from the e-mail account that you registered the account with to Accounts, detailing the situation.

If you no longer have the e-mail account, or don't remember which it is you signed up with please mention this in the e-mail.

Allow 4 working days for accounts to reply. If you don't receive a reply, please forward the e-mail again.

Note: If your e-mails don't automatically save to an outbox, include yourself in the e-mail so that you're not having to retype it each time.

12. I'd like to resubscribe my account
Send an e-mail from the e-mail account that you registered the account with to Accounts, detailing the situation.

If you no longer have the e-mail account, or don't remember which it is you signed up with please mention this in the e-mail.

13. What's a TIXX and what is the Helsupport System?
Comprehensive ticket-based trouble-reporting system. In-depth knowledge base and FAQ to answer the most common and unique questions.

14. I have a problem, but don't know who to go to
There is a few yays to contact the Helbreath USA staff. To get the fastest replies be sure that your emailing all the information to the right people. Always include your real name, account name and a detailed description of your problem.

  • If the problem is related to problems with in the game, or character issues e-mail Game Master.

  • If your problem is related to your account maintenance EG: with paying for, or account maintenance issues in general then e-mail Accounts

  • Or you can create a TIXX requesting Game Master assistance for more direct information.

15. I filled out the form to complete a service (name changes character transfer etc) and it didn't go through
Be aware that you wont get an e-mail confirming that it's been sent through. If you want confirmation please e-mail Game Master providing the details, and we can let you know. Changes happen during the next scheduled reset.

Please be aware that manual transfers take approx 3 weeks to complete due to the verification process that needs to be done. ALL changes (including name changes) are much faster done via the site.

  • If you're trying to complete a character transfer and either party (person sending, person receiving) has been unable to complete the Character Transfer form you will need to email Game Master - BOTH people will have to email.

    Please include your full name, account that you're trying to complete the form for and what it is you're trying to do (send, receive, name change etc). Be sure to include a print screen of the failed notice for verification.

16. I've downloaded the game but it says I'm missing DLL files?
Some times players experience a DLL missing error. Please download the dll files. Then double click the file and follow the install instructions.

 

17. It said I took a screenshot, but I can't find it?
Do a search of your computer using the word "HelShot" as a key word.
