When playing an Online Game network traffic is something that players will always experience. The cause of the lag can be any number of reasons. The solution can be as simple as restarting the client or doing any or all of the things listed below.

Sometimes using more than 1 program at a time can cause the game to lag. Try having Helbreath only loaded.

1. Try restarting the client. This can sometimes clear up the lag.

2. Using your anti-spyware program of choice, run a scan to be sure that you're PC is spyware free.

3. Changing the 'mode' that the game is run in, can sometimes be the cause of lag. See here for details.

4. If your PC is newer or more powerful, you might be running Quad Core or Dual Core. To make sure that this isn't the cause of the lag, see here for details.

5. Another way to reduce lag is to disable the hardware acceleration, see here for details.
