We
are accepting requests to change the character
names in HelbreathUSA for the administrative fee of $5.95.
Only proceed if you have a credit card in your account. If you pay via PayPal please have the amount in credit on your account prior to making the request.
Availability and suitability of names will be determined
before any charges are made. No names will be permitted
with an apostrophe (') or brackets ([ ]). The email address
required for submitting the request must be the one on the
account. All restrictions remain the same, no names that
are offensive in any language will be accepted; if one is
created, that character will be blocked permenantly unless
you request for it to be deleted. Do not use any word that
is in the Curse Filter as that would cause you to not be
able to whisper or be whispered to.
IMPORTANT! We will only
accept name changes from the email address listed on the
account so keep that information up-to-date in Account Maintainance.
You are responsible for the security of your email and account
information. If someone uses your email to change your character
name then you will be required to pay to change it back.
Name Change Requests will be handled within five (5) business
days of the receipt of the request.
Name changes occur during the scheduled resets (Mondays & Thursdays 7pm EST) If your transfer doesn't happen once the server is back online please email Game Master. This happens because the transfer was either denied or the request failed to be completed properly. If you get a failed notice when completing the transfer please see here for further information. |
